Every filled room is a sponsorship waiting to happen.
Whether you're organizing a 3-day CFO Summit or a dinner with 28 Series A founders, Ghost matches your room with the brands and companies who want to be in it. Trade stage time in front of your audience for cash. Visibility for a venue. Product samples for your attendee list. Complex exchanges, made simple.
HOW IT WORKS
From form submission to match
1
Submit your event or sponsor brief
Event hosts share what they’re planning and what they’re looking for. Sponsors share who they want to reach and what they can offer.
2
We find the right match
We identify strong matches between events and sponsors based on audience, goals, vibe, budget, and timing.
3
You'll get a match or offer email
We surface relevant events to sponsors who then make a offer or pass. We’ll send the anonymized sponsorship offers to hosts who can either accept, counter, or pass.
4
We make the introduction
If both sponsor and host want to move forward, we make the introduction and outline the deal terms. For cash sponsorships, the sponsor sends us the funds and we distribute them.
5
Both sides rate the experience
After the event, hosts and sponsors leave private reviews about their experiences enabling everyone builds a track record and gain credibility.
THE SPONSORSHIP SPECTRUM
Every tight audience has a brand that's already trying to reach it. Most hosts bringing people together just haven't met that brand yet. Ghost makes the introduction.
